We charge a flat entry fee — no tokens, no quarters, no per-game charges. Pay once at the door and play every machine as many times as you want until we close. Check the Pricing section for current rates.

Yes — all guests must be 7 years of age or older. We are a family-friendly venue during open hours. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Absolutely. We offer semi-private and full venue buyout packages for birthdays, corporate events, team-building nights, weddings, and more. Fill out the booking form or email us at [email protected] to check availability.

We don’t operate a kitchen or bar, but we do sell a selection of pop, juices and snacks. For private events we can coordinate catering with outside vendors — just mention it in your booking request.

Yes — VanCity Pinball & Arcade is fully wheelchair accessible. If you have any specific accessibility needs, feel free to reach out ahead of your visit and we’ll make sure everything is set up for you.

We’re at 1739 Venables St, Vancouver BC — on the corner of Venables & Commercial Drive. Street parking is available on Venables, Napier, and Commercial Drive. The venue is also a short walk from the Commercial–Broadway SkyTrain station.

We maintain every machine in-house. Our goal is zero “out of order” signs — if a machine goes down during your visit, let a staff member know and we’ll get it sorted.

Yes! We love tournaments. We can set up a hosted bracket format as an add-on to any private event booking. Reach out via the event booking form or email us to discuss formats, prizes, and scheduling.

The collection rotates periodically as new machines are added and others are retired or sold. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for the latest additions and announcements.

We do not have a liquor license, but we’ll be offering pop, juice, Red Bull, plus a variety of chips, candy, and chocolate bars.

We have 66 pinball machines and a variety of classic arcade games all set to Free Play. No coins or tokens needed. Just pay once and play!

All-day passes include in-and-out privileges, so you can grab a bite or visit a local brewery or restaurant along Commercial Drive and come back to keep playing.

You can upgrade from the Sampler to the Legend All Day Pass, and we’ll be introducing discounted event pricing soon. Check back on our website for more details, including party bookings.
